We are Marcin and Adrianna Mączyńscy, and together with our team, we help clients find their dream home on the Spanish Costa del Sol.
The beginnings of La Fuente trace back to Malaga, where we first fell in love with Andalusian architecture and the Spanish lifestyle. It was Costa del Sol that inspired us to create a real estate agency that combines a passion for beauty with professionalism and understanding of client needs.
Marbella is a unique market that offers homes and apartments for every need and lifestyle — from exclusive residences in La Zagaleta to modern beachfront villas.

Thanks to my language skills and international experience, I navigate the global real estate market with ease. As a partner at La Fuente Company, I work closely with the founders, supporting the company’s further development and market positioning. Living in Andalusia, I combine in-depth knowledge of the local market with an international perspective. Within this collaboration, I focus on creating long-term value, optimizing real estate acquisition and sales processes, and delivering results that go beyond the transaction itself.
Dominic Verburg – Property Advisor & Partner
Born and raised in the Netherlands, I have been strongly connected to southern Spain for many years. The Marbella and Malaga region has become a second home to me—shaped by its unique landscapes, climate, and above all, the warmth and openness of its people.
After a career in a demanding international environment, where precision, responsibility, and trust were key, joining La Fuente Real Estate was a natural next step. As a partner, I work closely with the founders, jointly strengthening the company’s vision and market position.
Combining international experience with in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, I guide clients through the process of buying and selling residential properties—from elegant apartments to exclusive villas. My approach is based on discretion, the highest quality, and personalized service, with an emphasis on long-term relationships and informed real estate decisions.
